I totally did this today! Well, sort of. I didn’t so much delegate as do an inventory of my commitments to see what it might be time to let go of. My intention was to free up time and energy for things that are more important to me — including working on my business and more quality time with my partner. So, I contacted the people I needed to contact, had the conversation, and let this one (commitment) go. Despite my worst fears about what might happen, it went totally fine. Plus I couldn’t believe how appreciative my partner actually was when I told him.
