Yes. While emotional awareness is the foundation of the majority of my work, I am ultimately an integrative therapist in that I also utilize approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Schema, Psychodynamic and Narrative Therapy into my work.
I also practice the Emotional Freedom Technique (aka “the other” EFT) which yields rapid results for quick emotional processing and de-escalation.
I work with individuals on issues related to anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, divorce, loss, self-esteem and confidence as well.
