Do you have to hit rock bottom to then skyrocket with success?
Today I’m asking you if you really have to hit rock bottom to create a truly fantastic life.
I’m going to be honest with you:
Two weeks ago I was sick. Like, could barely function for a day sick, which isn’t like me.
I’m typically healthy as a horse.
But…add a 2.5 year old germ factory, sleep deprived nights from a 5 month old, a full-time business squeezed into a part-time schedule right now (let’s just be honest), I realized I was neglecting certain elements of self-care that are vital.
So, I paid the price.
I thought I made up for it by going to sleep one night at 8pm and carrying on with my typically somewhat healthy ways.
I got better.
Then, I worked over the weekend with a couple (going against my own rules: no weekends) and guess what?
Something hit me again and I needed lots of sleep!
Do I not learn?
These little blips in my immunity are clear messages for me to clean up my act.
Eat better (I prefer healthy foods, to be honest).
Exercise better (I actually LOVE working out…but has it been a daily habit? No.)
Prioritize sleep (I know, not easy when it can be unpredictable with children, but that’s been part of the problem. Go to bed earlier. Work can wait.)
But here’s the thing:
I’ve been here before and I know myself.
Am I going to REALLY make a dramatic change?
It’s not like I have any REAL health problems, I DON’T need to lose 50 pounds and I’m not addicted to any substance where I need a new clean lifestyle.
If I DON’T make a change, the Universe will force me to have these mini-wake up calls.
And will force me to spend extra time in the end on this whole self-care piece.
Isn’t enough enough?
I realize this is me talking to myself, a bit.
I hope you can take this as a lesson for YOU.
Because if you’re reading my blog, chances are, your relationship isn’t all it needs to be.
Some of the most amazing results I see with clients are when they ARE at rock bottom.
That’s why they hire me.
I’m almost more concerned with those of you who are just kind of settling in love.
Because things are good enough not do anything about them.
There’s loads of room for improvement, but you’re not in dire straits, and you’re certainly not about to hire a relationship coach.
But honestly, if I hadn’t learn some of the stuff I did about love and what it takes to create a great relationship, I don’t know if I would have been able to.
I did not have to hit rock bottom in love to skyrocket with success, thankfully!
And you don’t have to either.
The tricky part has been that no one teaches this stuff. Especially to business owners.
Until now.
If you’re sometimes questioning whether you can ever be truly happy in love…
Maybe wondering if you are just going to have to settle for a mediocre relationship while you do all kinds of awesome things in business…
Or perhaps are even worried if you’re outgrowing your partner…
I want to show you EXACTLY what I learned about HOW to create a ROCK SOLID relationship, and I want you to discover inside and out YOUR patterns in love, and how they play out in your relationship.
And, because I happen to identify most with driven, successful people, I especially want to reach those of you who know how to play ball in business, but are not (yet) knocking it out of the park in love.
Sign up here to be among the first to get all the details (and any early bird specials) about my program, arriving soon to a bedroom near you.
This work I’m about to share is revolutionizing how we do love, I’m committed to it also revolutionizing how we do business.
Cheers to thriving in both, and get on my special list now!
P.S. If you want to know more about how to thrive in love and can’t wait for my course, buy my book.
